Recipe makes 8 huge brownies.
Macros per brownie:
4 g Fat
19 g Carbs
15 g Protein
6 g Fiber
175 Total Kcal
Ingredients:
WET:
15 oz can black beans
100g Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 eggs + 3 egg whites
60 mL Sugar Free Maple Syrup (Can substitute liquid stevia for syrup)
100 g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
15 g honey
DRY:
14G (1 SQUARE) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 scoop whey protein
65g flour of your choice
30g dark chocolate cocoa powder
25g chocolate chips
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
To make:
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Combine "wet" ingredients in food processor. Add dry ingredients (*except chocolate chips) and process until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips, and pour into greased 13x9" cake pan. Bake 30-40 minutes.
