This program was designed with the novice lifter in mind--you should have a basic knowledge of the squat, bench press, and deadlift before beginning this program. This is a 4 day per week program that lasts 12 weeks. Each week has an optional 5th day for added results. You will increase strength while improving body composition and gaining confidence!
